whether you're 18 and play all sports under the sun or 95 and just starting out-and everything in between.

These classes are 60 minutes long, and each day features different exercises, time domains, workout styles, intensity levels, and loads. To the average person, this might seem random, but it's actually a carefully thought-out varied program, with each workout serving a purpose and every day leading toward the goal of becoming a happier, healthier human being.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Who doesn't love to lift heavy weights?

AT OUR SPECIALIZED WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS you'll get to do just that!

This program is carefully designed to help refine your technique in the clean and jerk and snatch, and to increase the weight you can lift for these two movements.

Whether you're new to lifting or an experienced athlete, this class provides the perfect environment to master Olympic lifts.

GYMNASTICS

The Gymnastics Class at CrossFit Elevate is designed to help athletes of all levels master the fundamentals of bodyweight movements and progress to advanced gymnastics skills. Whether you’re working on your first pull-up, refining handstands, or aiming for muscle-ups, this class focuses on building strength, mobility, and technique to elevate your performance.

With expert coaching and individualized progressions, you’ll develop the control and confidence needed to excel in CrossFit and beyond. Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, this class helps you move better, feel stronger, and achieve your gymnastic goals.

ELEVATE COMPETE CLASS

This is a 90-minute session created for people who want to compete in the sport of CrossFit or any other upcoming competition, such as Turf Games or Precision Pairs.

It's a high-volume and high-intensity class, typically comprising three or four components: the skill, where we focus on practicing one movement fresh; the strength, where we select one of the two Olympic lifts and go through a strength cycle for it; and finally, the workout.

If you're looking to build cardiovascular endurance and improve your metabolic conditioning, our Engine Class is for you. This class is designed to push your limits with a combination of aerobic, anaerobic, and threshold training.

Whether you're aiming to improve your performance in workouts, competitions, or just looking to get in the best shape of your life, this class will challenge your endurance, stamina, and mental toughness. Expect a mix of running, rowing, cycling, and other conditioning exercises that will keep your heart rate up and your engine revving. The variety in movements and pacing will ensure that your body adapts and improves, helping you build a stronger, more resilient engine for whatever life throws at you.
